RavenQuill Associates, LLC (RQA) is currently serving two separate sub-contracts.
- MB Solutions – in support of Headquarters Department of Army.
- Plateau Group – in support of Headquarters Department of Army.
With MB Solutions, RavenQuill Associates, LLC has supported the following tasks:
- Enterprise Management Support, including Business Enterprise.
- Architecture updates, Portfolio record assistance, and cost benefit analysis.
- Department of Defense Partners in Flight including documentation.
- Updates and coordination of activities required by the Department of Army.
- Army Regulation 200-1 revision including editorial comments and change management, shortening, and organizational realignment updates.
- Conservation Reimbursable Program documentation support.
- Action Officer guidance and strategic support including keeping programmatic schedules on time and within budget.
With Plateau Group, RavenQuill Associates, LLC has supported the following tasks:
- Strategic enterprise support through organizational change management.
- AI tool support.
- Organizational alignment and staff education.
RQA continues to bring institutional knowledge from over 30 working within Department of Army from Installations through Command and then finally in Headquarters. Our strength is understanding Army through echelon and requirements throughout. We are specialists within the Installations Energy and Environment (IE&E) domain.
